Por\u00e9m novos estudos mostraram  que esse risco  n\u00e3o se eleva pois o colesterol presente na gema tamb\u00e9m eleva o colesterol bom.<\/p>\n<p>O ovo \u00e9 um alimento vers\u00e1til, barato, nutritivo e, olha s\u00f3, aliado da dieta. Essa \u00f3tima not\u00edcia foi confirmada por mais de um estudo de diferentes pa\u00edses. Um deles, feito na <strong>Wane State University<\/strong>, em<strong> Michigan<\/strong>, nos <strong>Estados Unidos<\/strong>, mostrou que enriquecer o caf\u00e9 da manh\u00e3 com o ovo deixa voc\u00ea com menos fome nas pr\u00f3ximas refei\u00e7\u00f5es. Com isso, tende a consumir menos calorias at\u00e9 o fim do dia \u2013 e emagrece.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A gema tem v\u00e1rios antioxidantes (<em>vitaminas A e E, zinco, ferro, sel\u00eanio e van\u00e1dio<\/em>), subst\u00e2ncias com o poder de combater o envelhecimento das c\u00e9lulas. A casca do ovo \u00e9 muito fina, e quando eu lavo este ovo eu propicio que esta bact\u00e9ria entre dentro dele. Ap\u00f3s lavar, coloque direto na panela para prepar\u00e1-lo.<\/p>\n<p>Uma pesquisa feita pela<strong> Universidade de Caxias do Sul<\/strong> comprovou que o ovo de codorna tem <em>38%<\/em> de gordura a mais que os outros. J\u00e1 a diferen\u00e7a das prote\u00ednas e do colesterol \u00e9 insignificante entre os v\u00e1rios tipos de ovo.<\/p>\n<p>Se voc\u00ea for comer ovo na hora do almo\u00e7o n\u00e3o coloque carne no prato. A soma do colesterol do ovo e da carne \u00e9 um excesso para uma mesma refei\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p>\n<p>Mesmo quem tem colesterol alto pode comer ovo at\u00e9 quatro vezes por semana, cozido, de prefer\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p><em>Ponto do ovo cozido :<\/em><br \/>\nColocar o ovo na \u00e1gua fervente. Se voc\u00ea gosta dele mais mole deixe por 5 minutos. Pra quem gosta mais durinho, nove minutos. Para a casca n\u00e3o quebrar, coloque uma colher de sopa de vinagre na \u00e1gua.<\/p>\n<p><em>Ponto do ovo frito:<\/em><br \/>\nNo fogo alto o ovo frita mais r\u00e1pido e a gema fica mais mole. No fogo mais baixo, ele frita mais lentamente e a gema fica mais durinha. Segundo os nutricionistas, a gema deve ficar um pouco mole. Use pouco \u00f3leo para fritar.<\/p>\n<p><em>Ovo frito na \u00e1gua<\/em> (poch\u00ea) \u2013 mais saud\u00e1vel:<br \/>\nColoque pouca \u00e1gua numa frigideira antiaderente. Esquente-a at\u00e9 quase ferver. Quebre-o sobre a \u00e1gua. Abafe e deixe \u201cfritar\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><em>Ovo cocote<\/em><br \/>\nQuebre numa vasilha, coloque numa tigela de porcelana untada com manteiga e leve para cozinhar em banho-maria, por 5 a 6 minutos.
