Por volta dos 6 ou 7 anos, h\u00e1 uma eleva\u00e7\u00e3o dos n\u00edveis deste horm\u00f4nio. Sua produ\u00e7\u00e3o alcan\u00e7a o m\u00e1ximo no in\u00edcio da vida adulta (em torno dos vinte anos) e declina com a idade tanto em homens quanto mulheres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Durante a puberdade o DHEA atinge seu \u00e1pice e sua transforma\u00e7\u00e3o em estradiol\u00a0 e testosterona favorece o desenvolvimento das caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsicas masculinas e femininas como barba, pelos, massa muscular, mamas, voz\u00a0 e forma\u00e7\u00e3o do quadril.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Aos 20 anos,<\/strong> <strong>\u00e9 o horm\u00f4nio mais abundante no sangue em circula\u00e7\u00e3o no corpo humano.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Entre os 30 e os 40 anos de idade, ocorre um decl\u00ednio nos n\u00edveis de DHEA. Aos 40 anos, o organismo produz metade da DHEA que produzia antes. Aos 65 anos, a produ\u00e7\u00e3o cai para 10 a 20% da quantidade considerada ideal. insulina.<\/li>\n<li>Nenhum efeito adverso grave foi relatado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">_________________________________________________________<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">DHEA e DEPRESS\u00c3O:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Seis semanas de administra\u00e7\u00e3o do DHEA foram associadas a uma melhora significativa na Escala de Classifica\u00e7\u00e3o de Depress\u00e3o de 17 Itens de Hamilton e nas classifica\u00e7\u00f5es da Escala de Depress\u00e3o do Centro de Estudos Epidemiol\u00f3gicos em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com a linha de base (\u00a0<i>P<\/i> &lt;0,01) e 6 semanas de tratamento com placebo<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Foi observada uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 50% ou mais nos escores basais da Escala de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de Depress\u00e3o de Hamilton em 23 indiv\u00edduos ap\u00f3s DHEA e em 13 indiv\u00edduos ap\u00f3s tratamentos com placebo em estudo publicado no<a href=\"https:\/\/jamanetwork.com\/journals\/jamapsychiatry\/fullarticle\/208294\"> Jama\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Seis semanas de tratamento com DHEA tamb\u00e9m foram associadas a melhorias significativas nos escores do Derogatis Interview for Sexual Functioning em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s condi\u00e7\u00f5es basais e placebo.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>DHEA e ENVELHECIMENTO:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Em outro estudo realizado pelo Dr. Abbasi e colaboradores do Departamento de Medicina, do Medical College of Wisconsin, demonstrou que entre homens de 60 anos ou mais, os que apresentavam n\u00edveis s\u00e9ricos de DHEAS mais elevados, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com aqueles com um menor n\u00edvel s\u00e9rico de DHEAS, <strong>eram mais jovens, mais magros, mais em forma e tinham perfis lip\u00eddicos favor\u00e1veis<\/strong> (<em>J Am Geriatr Soc<\/em>. 1998 Mar;46(3):263-73).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Diversos estudos sugerem que, quanto menor o n\u00edvel de DHEA da pessoa, maior o risco de morte por doen\u00e7as relacionadas com o envelhecimento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Outros estudos tamb\u00e9m indicam que baixos n\u00edveis de DHEA seriam respons\u00e1veis por muitas doen\u00e7as degenerativas e pelo envelhecimento acelerado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Considerou-se o envolvimento do horm\u00f4nio em diversos problemas de sa\u00fade, entre eles o Mal de Alzheimer, doen\u00e7as auto\u2011imunes, dist\u00farbios provocados pelo estresse, entre outros.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>&#8220;DHEA aumenta o n\u00edvel de \u00a0estrog\u00eanios em homens e testosterona em mulheres , portanto avalia\u00e7\u00e3o destes \u00a0horm\u00f4nios \u00a0antes e ao longo do tratamento \u00e9 de fundamental import\u00e2ncia&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Em um estudo realizado por Elizabeth Barrett-Connor, famosa pesquisadora da \u00e1rea hormonal, m\u00e9dica, professora e chefe do departamento de medicina preventiva da Universidade da Calif\u00f3rnia, San Diego, monitoraram-se os n\u00edveis de DHEA em 242 homens de 50 a 79 anos de idade durante 12 anos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">O estudo revelou forte correla\u00e7\u00e3o entre os maiores n\u00edveis de DHEA e o menor risco de morte decorrente de todas as causas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Entre os indiv\u00edduos que sobreviveram, o n\u00edvel de DHEA era tr\u00eas vezes maior do que entre os que morreram.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">DHEA DIMINUI A RESIST\u00caNCIA \u00c0 INSULINA E DIMINUI AS CITOCINAS INFLAMAT\u00d3RIAS NO ENVELHECIMENTO HUMANO.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">J\u00e1 \u00e9 sabido que a dehidroepiandrosterona (DHEA) plasm\u00e1tica diminui cerca de 80% entre as idades de 25 e 75 anos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Em um estudo preliminar, pesquisadores da Divis\u00e3o de Geriatria e Ci\u00eancias da Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o, da Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de Washington, relataram que 6 meses de reposi\u00e7\u00e3o da DHEA melhorou a a\u00e7\u00e3o da insulina em indiv\u00edduos idosos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">O objetivo do estudo randomizado e duplo-cego foi determinar se um longo per\u00edodo de reposi\u00e7\u00e3o de DHEA melhora a toler\u00e2ncia \u00e0 glicose.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Cinquenta e sete homens e 68 mulheres com idades entre 65 a 75 anos foram aleatoriamente designados para doses de 50 mg de DHEA ou placebo uma vez ao dia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">No primeiro ano, foi um ensaio duplo-cego randomizado. No segundo ano foi uma continua\u00e7\u00e3o, como ensaio aberto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">A reposi\u00e7\u00e3o de DHEA melhorou a toler\u00e2ncia \u00e0 glicose em participantes que tiveram toler\u00e2ncia \u00e0 glicose anormal inicialmente, redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos triglicer\u00eddeos plasm\u00e1ticos e das citocinas inflamat\u00f3rias e IL-6 e TNF-\u03b1.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>DHEA e ENVELHECIMENTO DA PELE<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">DHEA tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 relacionada com o processo de envelhecimento da pele por meio da regula\u00e7\u00e3o e degrada\u00e7\u00e3o de prote\u00ednas da matriz extracelular.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">No estudo realizado por Mi Hee Shin e colaboradores, do Departamento de Dermatologia, da Seoul National University, foi demonstrado que a DHEA pode aumentar a s\u00edntese de pr\u00f3-col\u00e1geno e inibir a degrada\u00e7\u00e3o de col\u00e1geno, tanto em peles jovens como idosas, tamb\u00e9m protegendo- as da degrada\u00e7\u00e3o do col\u00e1geno promovida pela exposi\u00e7\u00e3o aos raios UV, uma das principais causas do envelhecimento da pele.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">_________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>DHEA e HUMOR:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Em trabalho publicado na revista Neuropsychopharmacology (03\/04\/2013), a pesquisadora Rebecca K. Sripada e colaboradores, atrav\u00e9s de imagens do c\u00e9rebro avaliaram as bases neurol\u00f3gicas da administra\u00e7\u00e3o de DHEA na modula\u00e7\u00e3o da emo\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">V\u00e1rios trabalhos cient\u00edficos relatam os<strong> efeitos antidepressivos e ansiol\u00edticos<\/strong> do DHEA, mas nenhuma pesquisa anteriormente havia examinado as vias neurais envolvidas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Os resultados obtidos pela equipe da Dra. Sripada proporcionaram a evid\u00eancia inicial atrav\u00e9s das neuroimagens, que a DHEA pode ser \u00fatil como uma interven\u00e7\u00e3o farmacol\u00f3gica para melhora das condi\u00e7\u00f5es de ansiedade e dist\u00farbios do humor.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b> DHEA e FERTILIDADE<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"goog-text-highlight\">Os cientistas descobriram uma liga\u00e7\u00e3o estat\u00edstica entre o DHEA e as taxas de gravidez de sucesso em mulheres em tratamento para infertilidade. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">No primeiro estudo controlado sobre os efeitos do suplemento, os pesquisadores descobriram que as mulheres em tratamento para infertilidade que suplementaram DHEA tiveram tr\u00eas vezes mais probabilidade de conceber do que as mulheres que n\u00e3o usaram o horm\u00f4nio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Em recente pesquisa publicada no resultado da gravidez em pacientes com diminui\u00e7\u00e3o da reserva ovariana (DOR).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Os pesquisadores chineses analisaram um total de 9 estudos identificados a partir do PubMed, EMBASE e da biblioteca Cochrane, sendo que quatro foram ensaios cl\u00ednicos randomizados, quatro estudos retrospectivos, um estudo prospectivo, incluindo 540 casos e 668 controles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Os efeitos podem ser parcialmente mediados pela melhoria da fun\u00e7\u00e3o mitocondrial e redu\u00e7\u00e3o da apoptose nas <em>c\u00e9lulas cumulus<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">A an\u00e1lise combinada mostrou que as taxas de gravidez cl\u00ednica aumentaram significativamente em pacientes com diminui\u00e7\u00e3o da reserva ovariana pr\u00e9-tratadas com DHEA<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>CONCLUS\u00c3O:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Os resultados obtidos permitiram aos pesquisadores conclu\u00edrem que a suplementa\u00e7\u00e3o com DHEA em pacientes com diminui\u00e7\u00e3o da reserva ovariana pode melhorar os resultados da gravidez.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>DHEA e LIBIDO EM MULHERES :<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Os dados relativos \u00e0 efic\u00e1cia de desidroepiandrosterona (DHEA) no tratamento da perturba\u00e7\u00e3o do desejo sexual hipoativo (DDSH) s\u00e3o escassos e inconsistentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">O\u00a0\u00a0objetivo deste estudo \u00a0foi determinar poss\u00edveis diferen\u00e7as de g\u00eanero na efic\u00e1cia do DHEA como um tratamento para DDSH.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Mulheres p\u00f3s-menopausa (n = 27) e <span class=\"highlight\">homens<\/span> (n = 21) com HSDD, foram randomizados para receber ou DHEA 100 mg por dia ou placebo durante 6 semanas em um style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>DHEA E L\u00daPUS:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">O tratamento com DHEA 50-200 mg\/dia demonstrou ser eficaz em pacientes com l\u00fapus eritematoso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Em um estudo realizado com 50 pacientes do sexo feminino (37 na pr\u00e9-menopausa, 13 na p\u00f3s-menopausa) com \u00a0Lupus Eritematoso Sist\u00eamico, estas pacientes foram \u00a0tratadas com DHEA por via oral em doses de 50-200 mg\/dia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">A terapia com DHEA foi associada aos doen\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">As doses de prednisona simult\u00e2neas foram reduzidos<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Estas melhorias foram mantidos ao longo de todo o per\u00edodo de tratamento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">_____________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>DHEA E SISTEMA IMUNE:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aumento de 20% \u00a0no soro de IGF-I, uma tend\u00eancia para a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o de IGFBP-I, e um aumento de 32% na propor\u00e7\u00e3o de IGF-I \/ IGFBP-I<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">A ativa\u00e7\u00e3o da fun\u00e7\u00e3o imunol\u00f3gica ocorreu no prazo de 2-20 semanas de tratamento com DHEA.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">O n\u00famero de mon\u00f3citos aumentou significativamente depois de 2 (45%) e 20 (35%) semanas de tratamento. A popula\u00e7\u00e3o de c\u00e9lulas B aumentou em 2\u00a0(35%) e 10 (29%) semanas.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">A \u00a0resposta mitog\u00eanica de c\u00e9lulas B aumentou de 62% (p &lt;0,05) por 12 semanas n\u00e3o acompanhadas por altera\u00e7\u00f5es nos n\u00edveis s\u00e9ricos de IgG, IgA, e IgM.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">O\u00a0total de c\u00e9lulas T \u00a0n\u00e3o foram alteradas.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Aumento de 40% \u00a0em resposta mitog\u00eanica de c\u00e9lulas T, aumento de 39% em c\u00e9lulas que expressam IL-2R (CD25 +),e aumento de 20% nos n\u00edveis s\u00e9ricos de sIL-2R (p &lt;0,01) foram encontradas em 12-20 semanas de tratamento com DHEA, sugerindo uma ativa\u00e7\u00e3o funcional dos linf\u00f3citos T.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>In vitro<\/em>, \u00a0IL-2 e IL-6 foi aumentada de 50% \u00a0e 30% , respectivamente, por 20 semanas de tratamento<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0O n\u00famero de c\u00e9lulas NK apresentaram um aumento de 22-37% \u00a0por 18-20 semanas de tratamento com um aumento concomitante de 45% \u00a0na citotoxicidade.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Em conclus\u00e3o:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">A administra\u00e7\u00e3o de DHEA por via oral a uma dose di\u00e1ria de 50 mg a homens de idade avan\u00e7ada com baixos n\u00edveis s\u00e9ricos de DHEAS ativou significativamente a fun\u00e7\u00e3o imunit\u00e1ria<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Os mecanismos destas propriedades de imunopotencia\u00e7\u00e3o de DHEA n\u00e3o s\u00e3o claros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Considera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 dada para o papel potencial de um aumento na biodisponibilidade de IGF-I, que em virtude dos seus efeitos mitog\u00eanicos sobre a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de c\u00e9lulas imunes, podem mediar os efeitos de DHEA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Enquanto s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios estudos prolongados, os nossos resultados sugerem potenciais benef\u00edcios terap\u00eauticos da DHEA em estados imunodeficientes.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>DHEA E DOEN\u00c7A CARDIOVASCULAR:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">A concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de Dehidroepiandrosterona \u00a0diminui cerca de 80% entre as idades de 25 e 75 anos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">O envelhecimento tamb\u00e9m resulta num aumento da rigidez arterial, a qual \u00e9 um preditor independente de risco de doen\u00e7a cardiovascular (DCV) e mortalidade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Como resultado, \u00e9 conceb\u00edvel que a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o de DHEA em adultos mais velhos poderia reduzir a rigidez arterial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Procurou-se determinar se a terapia de reposi\u00e7\u00e3o de DHEA em adultos mais velhos reduz o \u00edndice de aumento da car\u00f3tida (AI) e velocidade de onda de pulso carot\u00eddeo-femoral (VOP) como \u00edndices de rigidez arterial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Um estudo randomizado, duplo-cego foi conduzido para estudar os efeitos de 50 mg dia \u00a0<sup>1<\/sup>substitui\u00e7\u00e3o DHEA no AI (<em>n<\/em>\u00a0= 92) e \u00a0(VOP) (<em>n<\/em>= 51) em mulheres e homens com idades entre 65-75 anos. Citocinas inflamat\u00f3rias e horm\u00f4nios sexuais foram medidos no soro em jejum. AI diminuiu no grupo de DHEA, mas n\u00e3o no grupo de placebo (diferen\u00e7a entre os grupos, -6 \u00b1 2 unidades IA, <em>P<\/em>= 0,002).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Em conclus\u00e3o<\/strong><\/span>, a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o DHEA em homens e mulheres idosos melhora os \u00edndices de rigidez arterial. Rigidez arterial aumenta com a idade e \u00e9 um fator de risco independente para doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares. Portanto, as melhorias observadas neste estudo sugerem que a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o DHEA pode parcialmente reverter o envelhecimento arterial e reduzir o risco de DCV.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<div class=\"widget-ArticleTopInfo widget-instance-AMA_ArticleTop_Info_Widget\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<div class=\"meta-article-title-wrap\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>PRASTERONA\u00a0 (\u00a0Intrarosa\u00ae) PARA\u00a0 DISPAREUNIA : ( dor durante a rela\u00e7\u00e3o sexual ):<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"12\" data-end=\"204\">A <strong data-start=\"14\" data-end=\"55\">FDA aprovou a prasterona (Intrarosa\u00ae)<\/strong> para uso <strong data-start=\"65\" data-end=\"81\">intravaginal<\/strong> no tratamento da <strong data-start=\"99\" data-end=\"131\">dispareunia moderada a grave<\/strong> em mulheres na <strong data-start=\"147\" data-end=\"164\">p\u00f3s-menopausa<\/strong>, causada pela <strong data-start=\"179\" data-end=\"203\">atrofia vulvovaginal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"206\" data-end=\"541\">A prasterona, tamb\u00e9m conhecida como <strong data-start=\"242\" data-end=\"250\">DHEA<\/strong>, \u00e9 um horm\u00f4nio produzido pelas <strong data-start=\"282\" data-end=\"327\">gl\u00e2ndulas suprarrenais, g\u00f4nadas e c\u00e9rebro<\/strong>, sendo convertida <strong data-start=\"346\" data-end=\"372\">localmente nas c\u00e9lulas<\/strong> em estrog\u00eanios e andr\u00f3genos ativos. Embora o DHEA exista h\u00e1 anos como <strong data-start=\"443\" data-end=\"462\">suplemento oral<\/strong>, sua efic\u00e1cia cl\u00ednica comprovada nessa indica\u00e7\u00e3o refere-se ao <strong data-start=\"525\" data-end=\"540\">uso vaginal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"543\" data-end=\"643\">No Brasil, a prasterona (DHEA) <strong data-start=\"574\" data-end=\"610\">pode ser manipulada em farm\u00e1cias<\/strong>, mediante <strong data-start=\"621\" data-end=\"642\">prescri\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"645\" data-end=\"858\">Durante a menopausa, a queda dos n\u00edveis de estrog\u00eanio nos tecidos vaginais leva \u00e0 atrofia vulvovaginal, condi\u00e7\u00e3o frequentemente associada \u00e0 <strong data-start=\"785\" data-end=\"817\">dor durante a rela\u00e7\u00e3o sexual<\/strong>, um dos sintomas mais comuns nessa fase.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"860\" data-end=\"1147\">A efic\u00e1cia do Intrarosa\u00ae foi demonstrada em <strong data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"943\">dois estudos cl\u00ednicos de 12 semanas<\/strong>, controlados por placebo, envolvendo <strong data-start=\"981\" data-end=\"1011\">406 mulheres p\u00f3s-menopausa<\/strong> com dispareunia moderada a grave. A seguran\u00e7a foi avaliada em <strong data-start=\"1074\" data-end=\"1106\">quatro estudos de 12 semanas<\/strong> e em um <strong data-start=\"1115\" data-end=\"1146\">estudo aberto de 52 semanas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1149\" data-end=\"1222\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">O <strong data-start=\"1151\" data-end=\"1184\">efeito adverso mais frequente<\/strong> observado foi <strong data-start=\"1199\" data-end=\"1221\">corrimento vaginal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/29067420\/\">JAMA.\u00a02017; 318 (16): 1607-1608.\u00a0doi: 10.1001 \/ jama.2017.14981<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ysQ_MHlGmOo\" width=\"751\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Coment\u00e1rios:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">A dose di\u00e1ria remendada varia sendo determinada pelo sexo do paciente e pelo n\u00edvel b\u00e1sico de S-DHEA (quanto menor o n\u00edvel s\u00e9rico, maior a dose inicial). \u00a0A indica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 m\u00e9dica e o acompanhamento dever ser feito pelo mesmo<\/li>\n<li>Dhea pode diminuir o n\u00edvel de cortisol e piorar Fadiga Cr\u00f4nica com baixos n\u00edveis de cortisol &#8211; HIPOATIVIDADE DO EIXO HPA<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mulheres com excesso de pelos, queda de cabelo, acne, resistentes a insulina, portadoras da s\u00edndrome dos ov\u00e1rios polic\u00edsticos e com hist\u00f3ria recente de c\u00e2ncer devem ter cuidado redobrado nesta reposi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li>Dhea aumenta o n\u00edvel de IgF1\u00a0portanto avalia\u00e7\u00e3o deste marcador\u00a0antes e ao longo do tratamento se mostra importante<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Homens com c\u00e2ncer de pr\u00f3stata, prostatismo, queda de cabelo e acne tamb\u00e9m devem ter cuidado com esta reposi\u00e7\u00e3o, sendo necess\u00e1rio, muitas vezes, o uso simult\u00e2neo de bloqueadores da 5-alfa redutase (mesmo que de forma parcial), enzima que transforma testosterona em DHT.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dhea pode aumentar a convers\u00e3o de tiroxina em triiodotironina portanto avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da fun\u00e7\u00e3o tiroidiana antes e ao longo do tratamento se mostra importante<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este horm\u00f4nio aumenta o n\u00edvel de estrog\u00eanios ( estradiol, estrona, estriol) em homens e testosterona em mulheres, portanto avalia\u00e7\u00e3o destes \u00a0horm\u00f4nios \u00a0antes e ao longo do tratamento se mostra importante, \u00a0assim com os n\u00edveis de PSA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Observa\u00e7\u00f5es importantes:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Apesar das evid\u00eancias, o uso deste horm\u00f4nio n\u00e3o faz parte do rol de tratamentos para as doen\u00e7as citadas acima e nem como preven\u00e7\u00e3o das mesmas.<\/li>\n<li>Apenas em alguns casos de menopausa precoce e insufici\u00eancia da gl\u00e2ndula supra renal ele \u00e9 reposto protocolarmente.<\/li>\n<li>A reposi\u00e7\u00e3o deste HORM\u00d4NIO, quando necess\u00e1ria, deve ser feita por m\u00e9dico com experi\u00eancia no assunto, depois de seus n\u00edveis serem mensurados no sangue.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9 de fundamental import\u00e2ncia o equil\u00edbrio com o horm\u00f4nio cortisol para que o DHEA traga todos os benef\u00edcios citados.<\/li>\n<li>Pessoas com fadiga cr\u00f4nica e com n\u00edveis baixos de cortisol podem ter seu quadro agravado.<\/li>\n<li>Tamb\u00e9m devem ser analisados outros horm\u00f4nios como os da tireoide e outros esteroides como testosterona, estradiol, progesterona e DHT.<\/li>\n<li>A fun\u00e7\u00e3o hep\u00e1tica, a fun\u00e7\u00e3o renal tamb\u00e9m deve ser averiguada.
