principalmente como tempero e corante natural.<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">_________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n<h3><strong>BENEF\u00cdCIOS:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>CURCUMINA, ALZHEIMEIR, MEM\u00d3RIA E HUMOR:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Um dos novos tratamentos mais promissores para a doen\u00e7a de Alzheimer pode j\u00e1 estar na sua cozinha.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">&#8220;A<strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"> curcumina<\/span><\/strong> demonstrou capacidade de entrar no c\u00e9rebro, ligar e destruir as placas beta-amil\u00f3ides presentes na doen\u00e7a de Alzheimer com toxicidade reduzida&#8221;, disse Wellington Pham, Ph.D., professor assistente de Radiologia e Ci\u00eancias Radiol\u00f3gicas e Engenharia Biom\u00e9dica em publicada no <em>American Journal of Geriatric Psychiatry<\/em> , examinou os efeitos de um suplemento de curcumina facilmente absorvido no desempenho da mem\u00f3ria em pessoas sem dem\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>O estudo duplo-cego controlado por placebo envolveu 40 adultos com idades entre 50 e 90 anos que tinham queixas leves de mem\u00f3ria e tomaram 180 mg a de curcumina ao dia por experimentaram uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o significativa na gravidade da dor e fun\u00e7\u00e3o quando administrados 500 mg duas vezes ao dia de extrato de rizoma de Curcuma . longa (12,6% p \/ p de Uma dose de <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">curcumina<\/span><\/strong> de 300 mg por via oral duas vezes ao dia durante 8 semanas reduziu as citocinas inflamat\u00f3rias e os marcadores de estresse oxidativo na disfun\u00e7\u00e3o endotelial compar\u00e1vel \u00e0 atorvastatina em pacientes com diabetes tipo 2.<\/h4>\n<h4>3. Outro ensaio cl\u00ednico randomizado duplo-cego em pacientes tailandeses com diabetes tipo 2 (n = 240), observou melhora significativa no risco aterog\u00eanico durante 6 meses de suplementa\u00e7\u00e3o com <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">curcumin\u00f3ide<\/span><\/strong> 750 mg \/ dia (250 mg 3 vezes ao dia), seguido de 3 meses iniciais de dieta e educa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre estilo de vida<\/h4>\n<h4>A atividade antiaterog\u00eanica, medida pela velocidade da onda de pulso, adiponectina, leptina, resist\u00eancia \u00e0 insulina, triglicer\u00eddeos, \u00e1cido \u00farico e gordura corporal total foram todos significativamente melhorados em 6 meses , assim como a gordura visceral<\/h4>\n<h4>4. Uma meta-an\u00e1lise de 7 tratamentos em 6 estudos que inclu\u00edram 172 indiv\u00edduos encontrou uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o significativa no biomarcador de inflama\u00e7\u00e3o sist\u00eamica, prote\u00edna C reativa, com prepara\u00e7\u00f5es <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">curcumin\u00f3ides<\/span> <\/strong>padronizadas que foram tomadas por pelo menos 4 semanas. As doses variaram de 200 a 6.000 mg \/ dia com biodisponibilidade vari\u00e1vel.<\/h4>\n<h4>Mais da metade dos estudos (4\/6) foram classificados como de alta qualidade, enquanto os outros 2 foram de baixa qualidade;\u00a0a heterogeneidade geral era alta.<\/h4>\n<h4>Outra meta-an\u00e1lise de 7 ensaios cl\u00ednicos randomizados e controlados (N = 649) em pacientes com fatores de risco cardiovascular (por exemplo, diabetes tipo 2, s\u00edndrome metab\u00f3lica) identificou um efeito positivo geral significativo para produtos de <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">c\u00farcuma e \/ ou curcumina<\/span> <\/strong>no colesterol LDL e triglicer\u00eddeos.<\/h4>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>METABOLISMO DO FERRO E C\u00daRCUMA:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>A administra\u00e7\u00e3o de uma dose \u00fanica de 6 g de <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>curcuma<\/strong><\/span> contendo curcumin\u00f3ides mistos (120 mg de curcumina) a volunt\u00e1rios saud\u00e1veis \u200b\u200bdo sexo masculino resultou em diminui\u00e7\u00e3o significativa dos n\u00edveis de hepcidina em 3 pontos temporais ao longo de 48 horas ap\u00f3s a ingest\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Os n\u00edveis de ferritina s\u00e9rica tamb\u00e9m diminu\u00edram significativamente em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o placebo ;\u00a0entretanto, o ferro s\u00e9rico, a transferrina, a satura\u00e7\u00e3o da transferrina e os n\u00edveis de glicose n\u00e3o foram afetados significativamente.<\/p>\n<p>Sintomas gastro intestinais\u00a0 transit\u00f3rios ocorreram em 2 participantes;<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o foram relatados eventos adversos graves.<\/p>\n<p>Os resultados deste estudo de prova de conceito duplo-cego, randomizado e cruzado controlado (n = 18) confirmaram os resultados anteriores demonstrados in vitro.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">CURCUMINA E DEPRESS\u00c3O:<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">A revis\u00e3o minuciosa da literatura cient\u00edfica permite constatar que a c\u00farcuma, atrav\u00e9s da<strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"> curcumina<\/span><\/strong> (o principal componente do rizoma da\u00a0<em>Curcuma Longa L<\/em>.) tem consider\u00e1vel efeito neuroprotetor e antidepressivo no hipocampo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Estudos pr\u00e9-cl\u00ednicos para avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de antidepressivos utilizam amplamente animais em estresse cr\u00f4nico moderado e imprevis\u00edvel (ECMI) em pesquisas, como modelo preditivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Logo, algumas cita\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o decorrentes dessa metodologia de trabalho e corroboram com a teoria de que a<strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"> c\u00farcuma<\/span> <\/strong>tem efeito antidepressivo sobre o c\u00e9rebro de animais submetidos \u00e0 depress\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Outros comprovam que a curcumina aumenta consideravelmente os n\u00edveis de <strong>BDNF<\/strong>, um gen importante de crescimento e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de neur\u00f4nios espec\u00edficos relacionados com a depress\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\" data-pgs-partner-id=\"sciencedaily\" data-loaded=\"true\">\n<p>Um outro ensaio cl\u00ednico randomizado e controlado comparou a seguran\u00e7a e efic\u00e1cia da curcumina com a da fluoxetina em 60 pacientes com transtorno depressivo maior (sem idea\u00e7\u00e3o suicida).<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s 6 semanas, a <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">curcumina<\/span><\/strong> 1.000 mg \/ dia foi considerada equivalente a<strong> fluoxetina<\/strong> 20 mg \/ dia na propor\u00e7\u00e3o de respondentes com base nos escores da escala de depress\u00e3o de Hamilton;\u00a0no entanto, os pacientes em terapia combinada mostraram uma resposta melhor do que qualquer um dos regimes de monoterapia.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>EFEITO ANTI INFLAMAT\u00d3RIO DA CURCUMINA :<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Foi demonstrado que a<strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"> curcumina<\/span><\/strong> interfere na via dos eicosan\u00f3ides, envolvendo as enzimas ciclooxigenase e lipoxigenase, refletindo o uso tradicional de a\u00e7afr\u00e3o em sistemas m\u00e9dicos ayurv\u00e9dicos e chineses para inflama\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Ensaios cl\u00ednicos mais antigos foram conduzidos comparando a <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">curcumina<\/span> <\/strong>com a fenilbutazona.\u00a0 O efeito terap\u00eautico da<strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"> curcumina<\/span> <\/strong>foi compar\u00e1vel ao da hidrocortisona no tratamento da fibrose pulmonar experimental.<\/p>\n<p>O tratamento da dor inflamat\u00f3ria aguda subsequente \u00e0 remo\u00e7\u00e3o dos molares impactados foi explorado em um estudo randomizado e controlado (n = 90).<\/p>\n<p>Tanto o controle ativo (\u00e1cido mefen\u00e2mico) quanto a <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">curcumina<\/span><\/strong> (400 mg 3 vezes ao dia \u00d7 24 horas) foram eficazes na redu\u00e7\u00e3o da dor inflamat\u00f3ria p\u00f3s-operat\u00f3ria com pacientes no grupo da curcumina relatando redu\u00e7\u00f5es significativamente maiores na dor em cada momento (\u00a0<i>P<\/i>\u00a0= 0,0001 cada).<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, mais pacientes no grupo de <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">curcumina<\/span> <\/strong>relataram redu\u00e7\u00f5es de pontua\u00e7\u00e3o de dor mais altas de 6 ou 7 do que o grupo de controle (57% vs 24%, respectivamente, para tratamento vs controle), enquanto as redu\u00e7\u00f5es de pontua\u00e7\u00e3o no grupo de controle foram principalmente de 4 ou 5 ( 55,6%).<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>EFEITO SOBRE O CORTISOL NO\u00a0 TECIDO ADIPOSO:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>A 11-Beta hidroxiester\u00f3ide desidrogenase tipo 1 (11-beta-HSD1) \u00e9 uma enzima presente no tecido adiposo ( c\u00e9lulas de gordura) e outras c\u00e9lulas que convertem cortisona inativa em cortisol ativo.<\/p>\n<p>Isto \u00e9 importante, porque significa que o tecido adiposo pode produzir o seu pr\u00f3prio cortisol e favorecer o aumento da massa de gordura independente do n\u00edvel de cortisol metab\u00f3licas.\u00a0Inibidores seletivos 11beta-HSD1 em roedores causam perda de peso, melhoram a sensibilidade \u00e0 insulina e retardam a progress\u00e3o de doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00a0<strong>curcumina<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9 um potente inibidor de HSD-1 em modelos animais, e \u00e9 usada na cl\u00ednica de efeito metab\u00f3lico, em obesidade e gordura da barriga clinicamente resistente<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-pgs-partner-id=\"sciencedaily\" data-loaded=\"true\">\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>EFEITO\u00a0 207 pacientes com <strong>s\u00edndrome do intestino irrit\u00e1vel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Melhoria nos escores de qualidade de vida foi relatada por ambos os grupos.<\/p>\n<p>Um estudo piloto semelhante conduzido em pacientes com <strong>doen\u00e7a de Crohn<\/strong> encontrou resultados favor\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n<p>Um estudo randomizado, duplo-cego, controlado por placebo de 6 meses em 89 pacientes que receberam curcumina como terapia de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o para <strong>colite ulcerosa<\/strong> mostrou diferen\u00e7as na taxa de reca\u00edda em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com placebo .A dose de curcumina usada foi de 1 g duas vezes ao dia em combina\u00e7\u00e3o com a terapia de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o padr\u00e3o de mesalamina ou sulfassalazina.<\/p>\n<p>Resultados de estudos com animais\u00a0 e ensaios n\u00e3o controlados\u00a0 sugerem um papel para a c\u00farcuma no tratamento de <strong>\u00falcera duodenal ou g\u00e1strica.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Um ensaio duplo-cego, randomizado e controlado por placebo de 2016 investigou o uso adjuvante de curcumina em 68 adultos iranianos com dor g\u00e1strica, sintomas de <strong>dispepsia e \u00falceras g\u00e1stricas ou duodenais<\/strong> confirmadas na presen\u00e7a de H. pylori.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m da terapia tripla padr\u00e3o com H. pylori, os pacientes receberam 500 mg de curcumina mais 5 mg de piperina por dia como terapia adjuvante.<\/p>\n<p>O mesmo n\u00famero de pacientes em ambos os grupos teve erradica\u00e7\u00e3o da infec\u00e7\u00e3o documentada (73,3%) e melhora significativa em todos os sintomas de dispepsia, exceto v\u00f4mitos, com os escores de gravidade total tamb\u00e9m melhoraram (\u00a0<i>P<\/i>\u00a0&lt;0,001).\u00a0N<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, o uso adjuvante de curcumina levou a melhorias
